High Touch, Secure Recruiting
When a government agency needed a solution that would streamline – and secure – its sensitive recruiting processes, it turned to Validar. Not only did the agency want to securely input and track potential recruits attending events; it needed to integrate that data with its Salesforce.com CRM solution so that it could follow up with recruits quickly. Many potential recruits made return visits to agency-sponsored events over days, weeks, and months. Validar was tasked with providing a highly secure solution that would help make sure that these people received proper attention after the event and at the next event they attended.
Custom Solution, Custom Integration
Validar developed a registration solution that it integrated with the agency’s CRM system. At events, recruit information is now gathered via kiosks run by agency employees. They scan recruit driver’s licenses and rely on the Validar solution to verify that there is no existing match already in the system before creating a new record. Validar's solution also conducts an address validation for new potential recruits to ensure that the agency can perform proper follow-up. In addition, a camera integrated with the custom Validar solution photographs new registrants and associates their photos with their records, ensuring a higher level of data quality. All this information is immediately input into the agency’s custom integrated Salesforce.com CRM solution, so the agency has no lag time in pursuing viable recruits.
