Custom Registration Solution
Validar developed a set of integrated software tools to address the customer’s registration and attendance tracking needs. With the new solution, concierges can simply open a client application on their laptops, apply security credentials, and choose their event. They download content of their event registration information and connect additional kiosk stations to the solution as needed. Onsite staff can look up and print badges for attendees and view attendee traffic in real time. For events with an Internet connection, attendee information is pushed to Validar Onsite Registration Manager and available for external stakeholder viewing at any time. Now the company can track attendance effectively, compare events location to location, and more effectively plan future events.
